- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- A Customer Care representative will guide you through the return process, which may include issuing a return shipping label (if applicable).
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that do not meet the aforementioned return policy requirements.
