Falda irregular con volantes asimétricos y cintura alta a media pierna de leopardo

I don’t know what models are used for sizing of this skirt, but the measurements are off… the hips are good if you have large hips, but the waist is so small it cannot be closed and there is ZERO give or stretch, and my natural waist is not huge (approx 28”) so according to measurements, I should easily have been able to wear and zip this? Also, the skirt does not taper well from the hip down, so it fits much wider than the photos show. It’s too long and too big hip down, and way too tight in the high waist? The only good thing is that the quality is decent, but definitely can’t wear this… it is also quite sheer, so buyer beware you will want something underneath like light pantyhose or brief undies or something to cover your bum AND front.
